SaaS Platform & Third-Party Agencies: The Platform offered by Vechicle Repo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for vehicle repossession and recovery agencies. You acknowledge and agree that any operations, repossessions, data upload or other activities performed by your agency or third-party agencies using the Platform are your sole responsibility. Vechicle Repo provides only the software infrastructure and shall not be liable for any acts, errors or omissions by your agency, its users or third-parties.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, or access to the Platform, if you violate these Terms or use the Platform in a way deemed unlawful or harmful. Upon termination your access will cease and data may be removed in accordance with our policies.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
